Beats per minute? No, just kidding. BPM standards for Business Process Management. It's main goal is to help businesses achieve their strategic business goals. The process itself takes those goals and breaks it down into models, analyze them, and optimize it to run efficiently.

Having been in the architecture industry for over a decade, I've studied and learned the ins and outs of how the business works. This includes the typical project life cycle, the team required to deliver the projects, the technology needed to enable the team, the financial awareness to keep the project profitable.

I've given up designing architecture a long time ago but design your business process is something I'm passionate about.
